I got myself invited to one of those Ramadan Buffets around Klang Valley that are actively promoting their packages in time for Ramadan. This time I get to experience one in Laman Kayangan, Shah Alam Selangor.
Laman Kayangan is well known for events during the Ramadhan season as it transforms into a whole new place full with amazing decorations, round tables and colourful flowers. The interior decorations were that of a wedding but the food was varied with live traditional music to boot. Round tables were scattered around this magnificent space, which can cater up to 450-500 guests. Food are lined up on both sides of the tent, with meat, desserts and fruits are lined in the middle of the space.
Price-wise for RM59 (normal price) per person, it was fair. With ample parking, nearby surau, and convenient seating arrangements (no tight spaces), I'd say it would be a great place to hold a Ramadan event with colleagues and family members. You could also request for a private space just to cater your group. And the variety of food will not disappoint you. I assure you this,
